Ladle Furnaces

STEB offers secondary refining furnaces for a wide range of ladle capacities, from 20 to 300 tons, with an optimized design developed to improve both equipment and process.

Each furnace is completed by dedicated accessories:

• Emergency argon lance
• Sampling lance robot
• Wire alloy insert
• Ferroalloy charging and dosing systems

For special steel, STEB also proposes alternative layouts — such as a turret under the ladle furnace — to obtain more ladle working stations for the process.
